Last updated September 2026. These terms apply to work done by Mingo Mows (ABN 00 000 000 000). Booking a visit means you’re fine with them.

Quotes: A quote is a fixed price for the work described in it, based on what we saw in your photos or on site. It's valid for 30 days. If the lawn or garden is materially different on the day (much longer, more waste, access we weren't told about) we'll tell you before we start and agree any change.
Bookings and access: We book a day, not a time slot, and text you the day before and when we're on the way. You don't need to be home. Please make sure gates are unlocked, dogs are inside and cars are off the lawn. If we can't get in, we may charge a call-out fee.
Weather: Heavy rain moves jobs. We'll text you before the day with the new date. We don't mow saturated lawns because it damages them.
Payment: Invoices are sent by text or email after each visit and are due within 7 days. Card payments may carry a small surcharge, shown before you pay. Overdue accounts may pause the schedule.
Changes and cancellation: Regular clients can pause, skip or cancel by text with 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours' notice on a booked visit may be charged at 50%.
The 48-hour fix: If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. If it's still not right after that, the visit is free. This covers our workmanship, not pre-existing lawn health, disease, pests or weather damage.
Damage and insurance: We carry public liability insurance and take care around cars, windows, irrigation and pets. If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right. Please tell us about hidden hazards (sprinkler heads, cables, stakes) before we start.
Green waste: Waste we generate is removed and disposed of at a licensed facility. Waste you've generated is removed only when quoted.
Photos: We may photograph the work for our records and to send to you. We'll ask before using any photo publicly, and never show house numbers or identifying details.
Liability: To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-doing the work or refunding the visit.
