What we do, and what it costs.
The from-prices below are starting points for a standard suburban block. Once we’ve seen the lawn, and a photo is usually enough, we give you a fixed price. That’s what you pay, and it doesn’t change on the day.
01 · Weekly, fortnightly or every three weeks
Regular mowing
A lawn that always looks freshly done, without you thinking about it.
This is the core of what we do. We put you on a schedule, turn up on the day, and leave the lawn striped, edged and clear of clippings. You get a text the day before and one when we're on our way. No contracts. Pause for holidays by text.

One-off tidy-up
We bring the block back to a standard you're happy to be seen with.
Been away, been busy, or just been putting it off. We turn up with everything needed to bring a neglected yard back: long grass, edges, hedges, beds and the pile of green waste that comes with it. Quoted from a couple of photos, done in one visit.

03 · Book once or on a schedule
Edging and whipper-snipping
Crisp, straight edges along every path, drive and bed.
Edges are the difference between a lawn that's been cut and a lawn that's been done. We re-cut edges with a proper edger, whipper-snip everything the mower can't reach, and blow it all clean. Included in every mow. Available on its own when the edges have wandered.

04 · Every 6 to 10 weeks in the growing season
Hedging and shaping
Hedges that look like someone cares about them.
Lilly pilly, murraya, viburnum, photinia, buxus. We trim them level, keep the faces tight, and take away the mess. Regular clients get hedging on a seasonal cycle so they never get away.

Garden beds and mulching
Beds that frame the lawn instead of fighting it.
We weed properly, define the bed edge, and mulch to the right depth so the weeds stay gone. Native or exotic, we know what to prune and when. Add it to your regular visit or book it as a seasonal refresh.

Green waste removal
Gone the same day, no tip run, no trailer hire.
Every job we do includes taking the waste away. If you've done the work yourself and just need the pile gone, we'll load it and take it. Priced by the load, not the hour.

Pre-sale presentation
Street appeal that shows up in the photos and the price.
Agents will tell you the front yard sets the buyer's mood before they reach the door. We do a full presentation clean before the photographer, then keep it sharp through the campaign with a visit before each open home.

Grounds that never become an agenda item.
Small complexes, medical rooms, cafes, childcare, churches. We run a fixed schedule, send a photo report after each visit, and invoice monthly. One point of contact, insured, and you'll never have to chase us.

How much does lawn mowing cost on the Central Coast?
Our regular mowing starts from $65 a visit, depending on lawn size and how often we come, with edges, whipper-snipping, blow-off and clippings removal included. Bigger blocks, steep sites and one-off tidy-ups cost more, and we tell you the fixed price before we start rather than charging by the hour.
What's included in a standard mow?
Every visit includes the mow, edges along paths and beds, whipper-snipping around fences and posts, blow-off of hard surfaces, and all clippings taken away. That's the standard, not an extra.
What if I'm not happy with the job?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. If it's still not right after that, you don't pay for that visit. We'd rather fix a lawn than lose a customer over one.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Regular customers pay per visit and can pause for holidays or cancel with a text. We'd rather keep you by doing a good job than by locking you in.
How do I pay?
You get an invoice by text or email after each visit, with a card or bank transfer link. Regular clients can set up automatic payment so they never think about it.
