What we collect and what we do with it.
Last updated September 2026. Mingo Mows (ABN 00 000 000 000) handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, mobile number, suburb, the service you want, anything you type in the notes, and any photo you attach. If you become a client we also keep your address, access notes (gates, dogs), job history and invoices.
Why
To quote, book, do and invoice the work, and to text you about it. We don’t sell your details and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for. If we ever send a marketing message, it will say who it’s from and how to stop them, as the Spam Act 2003 requires.
Where it lives
Quote requests are emailed to us and may be stored in our booking system. Photos are used only to price and plan your job. We use reputable providers (email, hosting, payments) which may store data outside Australia.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If you accept the analytics prompt we load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel so we can see which ads bring people here. Say no and nothing loads. You can clear your choice by clearing site data in your browser.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it: email info@mingomows.com or text 0481 717 290. If you’re not happy with how we handled it you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
